Once you’ve found “the one” you can reserve your home right on our website. Our online reservation process is easy and puts an instant hold on the home of your choice. Once your home is reserved, one of our new home consultants will reach out to start the contract process. You will need to provide a copy of your loan pre-approval and sign the contract within 72 hours to confirm your purchase. If you would prefer to work with someone in person, just reach out and our sales consultant will be happy to walk you through the reservation and contract process from start to finish. Now it’s time to start packing!
As your home nears completion, you will receive all the information about closing on your new home. Several days before closing you will have a Pre-Settlement Orientation at your home so you learn how the home functions and confirm that everything is in working order. On closing day, our team will walk you through all of the paperwork so that you understand everything you are signing. Congratulations! We’re excited to hand you the keys to your Reward Home!
